SoulMatrix is built on the belief that self-knowledge is sacred. That belief extends to how we handle the information you share with us. This policy states plainly what we collect, how it is used, and what we do not do with it.
Information you enter directly: Your name, your date of birth, and any partner dates of birth you provide. These are used to generate your Soul Matrix reading. They are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Your email address: If you choose to submit your email via the "Stay in the Field" prompt, it is stored securely in our database. We use this only to contact you about meaningful updates to SoulMatrix. We do not send promotional emails to third parties, and we will never sell your address.
Conversation content: When you converse with Akasha, your messages and her responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate her replies. These conversations are not stored by SoulMatrix after your session ends. However, they are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy, which governs how API data is handled on their end.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not run advertising on SoulMatrix, and no advertiser has access to your information. We do not build persistent profiles of your behavior across sessions. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.
Email addresses are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Access is restricted and protected by row-level security policies. Your birth date and name are never written to our database — they exist only in your browser session and disappear when you close the page or begin again.
If you have submitted your email and wish to have it removed, you can request deletion by contacting us at the address below. We will remove it promptly. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
SoulMatrix is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it.
As SoulMatrix grows, this policy may be updated. We will note the revision date at the top of this page. We will not make changes that reduce your protections without clear notice.
