Soul Matrix Akasha is operated by Scape-Ology LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Soul Matrix Akasha,” “Scape-Ology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We believe that self-knowledge is sacred. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, when it is stored, and the choices available to you.
This Policy applies to soulmatrixakasha.com and the related Soul Matrix Akasha services, accounts, readings, conversations, saved records, and subscriptions (collectively, the “Service”).
When you request a reading, you may provide your name, date of birth, and the names or dates of birth of partners, family members, friends, public figures, or other people. The Service uses this information to calculate and generate numerological, cardological, astrological, compatibility, and related interpretive content.
Some calculations occur in your browser. Information needed to produce AI-generated readings—including names, birth dates, partner birth dates, calculated traits, compatibility results, and related context—is also transmitted through our server infrastructure to our artificial-intelligence provider.
When you converse with Akasha, we process the messages you submit, Akasha’s responses, recent conversation history, and relevant reading context so that the conversation can continue coherently. This content may be deeply personal. Please do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, or information that you do not have the right to provide.
Unsaved reading data is not intentionally placed in your permanent Soul Matrix Akasha record. If you are a subscriber and select “Save This Reading,” we store the saved record in your account. A saved record may include:
If you create an account, we collect your email address, a user identifier, authentication information, and account status. Password-based accounts are managed through Supabase Authentication. We do not receive your password in readable form. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the selected provider and Supabase may provide us with information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address and provider-linked identifier, according to your provider settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing address, payment method details, transaction information, and other information needed to process the subscription and prevent fraud. We may receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as your email address, customer or subscription identifiers, payment status, plan status, and transaction history. We do not store your full payment card number or security code.
To enforce free-reading limits, maintain access controls, prevent abuse, and protect the Service, we use a pseudonymous browser identifier generated from certain browser and device characteristics. Those characteristics may include browser or user-agent information, language, screen dimensions, color depth, time-zone offset, hardware concurrency, and platform information. The resulting identifier is sent to our usage-control service.
The Service also stores limited information in your browser, including authentication tokens and a session identifier. Free-reading limits are enforced on our servers rather than in your browser. We currently use browser local storage and session storage rather than advertising cookies for these functions. Clearing your browser’s site data may sign you out or affect these features.
Our hosting, database, security, payment, and infrastructure providers may automatically receive technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request timestamps, referring pages, and error or security logs. If you contact us, we collect the contact information and message content you choose to provide.

Soul Matrix Akasha uses Anthropic’s commercial API to generate certain readings and conversational responses. Information sent for AI processing may include your name, birth date, partner birth dates, derived reading data, compatibility information, your messages, recent conversation history, and generated responses.
Anthropic states that, by default, inputs and outputs from its commercial products, including the Anthropic API, are not used to train its models unless the commercial customer expressly permits that use or submits qualifying feedback. Anthropic’s handling and retention of API data is governed by its own terms, privacy materials, and the configuration of the account used to provide the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not allow advertisers to access your readings or conversations. We do not run third-party behavioral advertising or tracking pixels designed to follow you across unrelated websites.
The browser identifier used to enforce free-use limits is used for access control, fraud prevention, and security—not advertising.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from temporary backups, legal records, fraud-prevention records, or service-provider systems where retention is required or permitted by law.
You may delete individual saved readings through “My Readings.” You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with your account. You may request account deletion or object to certain processing where applicable.
Canceling a Stripe subscription stops future renewal according to the cancellation terms, but it does not by itself delete your Soul Matrix Akasha account or saved readings. A separate deletion request may be required.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, such as the right to know what information we collect, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a denied request, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal-compliance purposes.
If data-protection law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction requires a legal basis, we generally process personal information:

Scape-Ology LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we will rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or other lawful safeguards.
The Service allows you to enter information about another person. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis or permission to provide that information and that your use does not violate the person’s privacy or other rights. Do not submit information about a minor.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network transmission, authentication controls, and access restrictions. No online service or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for signing out of shared devices. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.
Soul Matrix Akasha is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Service, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date and will provide additional notice when required by law or when a change is material.
