Welcome to Soul Matrix Akasha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at soulmatrixakasha.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Scape-Ology LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Scape-Ology," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Soul Matrix Akasha provides readings, compatibility analyses, and conversational guidance generated by artificial intelligence and derived from numerological, cardological, astrological, and related interpretive systems. The Service is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight purposes only.

The Service does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or relationship counseling. Akasha is an AI persona, not a licensed professional. Content generated by the Service should never be the sole basis for any significant decision. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Inner Sanctum subscription. Paid features are offered through the Inner Sanctum subscription, billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price presented at checkout.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at the address below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods or unused features.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Free Usage Limits

We may offer a limited number of free readings or interactions. We reserve the right to set, modify, or enforce usage limits, including by technical means, and to condition continued access on account creation or subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or security measures;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying systems, prompts, or models;
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our written consent;
Use the Service to harass, harm, defame, or violate the rights of any person;
Use information about another person to stalk, harass, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm them.

7. Compatibility Readings & Third Parties

The Service is designed to let you enter birth dates and names of other people — partners, friends, family members, or public figures — to generate compatibility readings. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such information is lawful and consistent with these Terms. All readings involving any person, including public figures, are interpretive, AI-generated entertainment content; they are not factual statements about that person, are not endorsed by that person, and imply no affiliation with them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the Akasha persona, the Soul Matrix Akasha name and branding, the reading frameworks, site design, software, audio, video, and all other content we provide — is owned by Scape-Ology LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share readings generated for you (for example, via the built-in share features) for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution intact.

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to the Service (such as names, birth dates, and messages to Akasha). You grant us a license to process that information to operate, provide, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. AI-Generated Content

Output from the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and identical inputs may produce different outputs. We make no representation that any reading, analysis, or statement produced by the Service is accurate, predictive, or true, and you agree not to rely on it as such.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAPE-OLOGY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

You acknowledge that decisions you make in response to content from the Service are yours alone, and you assume full responsibility for them.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scape-Ology LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
